DirtyOldTown 🍉<p>I generally hate huge payroll teams but the Dodgers' Andrew Friedman spends money the way a smart person with unlimited funds would: investing in development, stockpiling depth and only writing huge checks for the very best players. </p><p>He's not a crazed rich owner just waving a checkbook around (Hi Steve Cohen!) or even a decent PBO who occasionally has to do stupid shit for his owner to look cool in the newspaper (Hi Brian Cashman!)</p><p>Friedman is smart, so he doesn't bother me much. Veedems<p>The Yankees look lifeless. The Dodgers actually have an offense that can create runs and the Yankees don’t. </p><p>Something needs to change within the organization. The collection of talent has too much potential to continue to be this bad at creating runs beyond moon shots from Stanton.
