Republican #election ofcls in #Colorado fielded calls & messages last week from Small, a consultant who has worked for members of #Congress, most recently serving as chief of staff to Rep #LaurenBoebert (R-CO). Small told more than half a dozen GOP county clerks by phone or text that he was working with the #Trump admin to ensure the integrity of #elections & to advance Trump’s election agenda, county officials told WaPo.
I can't be the only person who had no idea that #MattGaetz created an official "El Salvador Caucus" in the U.S. Congress last year and it just so happens to be full of most of that body's biggest cranks (#LaurenBoebert, #MikeLee, #NancyMace, #TimBurchett) and most corrupt reps (#AndyOgles, who made some “interesting” campaign finance moves at the crypto industry’s favorite bank that he and George Santos chose to hold their campaign money).
Feels like kind of a lot of congressional time spent nurturing America's relationship with a country whose GDP rivals that of Des Moines, Iowa.

Across the street, someone else could clearly be heard yelling “Matt Gaetz is a pedophile.”
